It’s a serious medical problem that can endanger life. In case of sunburn, the whole body temperature increases. Like fever, increased temperature from sunstroke can lead to permanent lesions. Some signs of sunstroke include:
Confusion
Short and quick breathing
Increasing the pulse
If you notice these signs, you should call the ambulance immediately. Sunstroke is a medical emergency and action should be taken as quickly as possible. This can be easily prevented by avoiding exposure to the sun for a long time, especially between 12: 00-17: 00, and protecting the head with hats or caps. In addition, hydrate properly – drink at least two to three liters of water a day.
